EAL Coordinator

As part of EX5-Alive we have an amazing EAL Coordinator who helps to support our migrant families. The role ensures our families get the support they need within the community and advocate for the child's voice. Many of our families have made harrowing journeys to get to a place of safety to find life is also complicated in the UK. Here are EX5-Alive we will continue to hear and find resolution for these families who want the same start, rights and access as everyone else. We believe that everyone deserves equal opportunity and we will thrive to make sure our children are hear. For any information please contact chloe.bodycombe@cranbrook,education

Cranbrook Culture Club

Culture Club started in January 2023 with a grant from Recovery Devon and the Devon Mental Health Alliance. Unfortunately Boy George doesn't attended but we have supported over 20 families in Cranbrook who wanted to make new friends. Our families are from all over the world and food is a major feature of our group. We have held a Curry and Quiz evening, celebrated different New Years and even had a potato party! Held twice a month on a Thursday between 5:30pm - 7:30pm. They have a Whats App group and just follow the link to the Facebook page
